Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
This policy explains how HyperScore ("HyperScore", "we", "us") handles personal data when you use the website hyperscore.net and the HyperScore Judge mobile app (package net.hyperscore.app). HyperScore (Hyper Score Technology) is operated by Karya Solusi Global, which is the publisher of the app on Google Play.
1. Data we collect
When you create a HyperScore account (website)
- Full name, email address, phone number and country code, date of birth, gender and preferred language.
- Your password, stored only as a one-way hash.
- Event registrations and, when you pay a fee, the payment status returned by our payment provider. We do not store card or bank account numbers.
When you use the HyperScore Judge app
The app has no registration. You sign in with an existing HyperScore account that an organiser has assigned as a judge.
- Sign-in: your email address and password are sent to our server to start a session. The app keeps only the session token, in the phone's secure storage.
- Device name: the phone's manufacturer and model plus a random install ID (for example "samsung SM-A546B · 3f9c1a"), so you can see and end sessions per device.
- Judging data: the scores, verifications and participant statuses you enter, linked to your account and the event.
- Push notification token: a Firebase Cloud Messaging token, used to tell you when an organiser assigns you to a panel.
- Crash reports: when the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics receives technical data (device model, Android version, app version, stack trace) and your numeric HyperScore user ID, so we can fix the problem.
The app does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files, and it shows no advertising.
2. How we use data
- To run events: registration, judging, scoring, results and rankings.
- To keep your account secure and let you sign in on your devices.
- To send notifications about your judging assignments.
- To find and fix crashes and errors.
- To contact you about events you take part in.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Who receives data
- Event organisers see the data needed to run their event, such as participants, judges and scores.
- The public sees published results: participant names, scores and rankings, and the judging panel where the organiser publishes it.
- Service providers process data for us under their own terms: Google Firebase (crash reports, push notifications), our hosting provider, and Xendit (payments).
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
4. Security
All traffic between the app or your browser and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS and secure WebSockets). Session tokens on the phone are kept in Android's encrypted storage and are revoked when you sign out or change your password.
5. Retention
- Account data: for as long as your account exists.
- App sessions: until you sign out, change your password, or after 60 days without renewal.
- Crash reports: up to 90 days in Firebase Crashlytics.
- Official competition results: kept as part of the event's record, also after an account is deleted, so that published results stay correct.
6. Your rights and account deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. To delete your account and its data, follow the steps on our account deletion page.
7. Children
The HyperScore Judge app is for adult judges. Participants under 18 may be registered for events on the website only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
8. Changes
We will post changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
