Delete your HyperScore account

This page applies to your HyperScore account on hyperscore.net and in the HyperScore Judge app by Karya Solusi Global.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to hyperscoretech@gmail.com from the email address of your HyperScore account, with the subject "Account deletion request".
2. We confirm the request by replying to that address.
3. We delete the account within 30 days of confirming and email you when it is done.

To stop using the app on one phone only, sign out in the app. This ends the session on that phone.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender and password.
• All app sessions, device names and push notification tokens.
• Crash reports linked to your user ID expire within 90 days.

What is kept

• Scores and results that are part of an official competition record are kept so the published results stay correct. They are no longer linked to a usable account.
• Payment records that the law requires us to keep for tax and accounting.
